In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Mandarin Oriental International Limited (the 'Company') announced today that on 24th March 2015 the following adjustments had been made to the share options and share awards granted to the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company under the Mandarin Oriental International Share Option Plan 2005 and the Mandarin Oriental Share-Based Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plans'):
