MANDARIN ORIENTAL INTERNATIONAL LIMITEDNOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Mandarin Oriental International Limited (the 'Company') announced today that on 24th March 2015 the following adjustments had been made to the share options and share awards granted to the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company under the Mandarin Oriental International Share Option Plan 2005 and the Mandarin Oriental Share-Based Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plans'):

The adjustments were made in accordance with the rules of the Plans to offset the expected effect of the Company's 1 for 4 rights issue on the value of the share options and share awards previously granted under the Plans.
