Board Changes
1 March 2013 - MD Medical Group Investments Plc ("MD Medical Group", "MDMG" or the "Company" - LSE: MDMG), Russia's leading provider of private women's and children's healthcare, announces the following changes to its Board of Directors:
Appointment of Kirill Dmitriev as a Non-Executive Director
The Board is delighted to announce the appointment of Kirill Dmitriev as a Non-Executive Director. Kirill is the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund. Prior to joining the fund, he was president of Icon Private Equity. Previously, he was co-managing partner and CEO of Delta Private Equity Partners and before that, he was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and a consultant at McKinsey & Co.
Resignation of Olga Mikhaylova as a Non-Executive Director
The Board announces that Olga Mikhaylova has confirmed her intention to resign from her post of non-executive director with effect from 28 February 2013.
In line with its intentions to comply with the provisions of the UK Corporate Governance Code as detailed in its listing prospectus, MD Medical Group will begin a search to find alternate non-executive directors in the coming months.
Commenting on the changes, Mark Kurtser, Chairman of MD Medical Group, said:

About MD Medical Group
MD Medical Group operates in the highly attractive Russian private healthcare service market and has a leading position in high-quality women's health and paediatrics. The company manages ten modern healthcare facilities, including two hospitals and eight outpatient clinics in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa and Perm. In addition, two franchised outpatient clinics operate in Kyiv and one franchised outpatient clinic in Irkutsk. In 2013, the Company expects to begin construction of its third hospital in Ufa.

As of June 30, 2012, the Company employed 1,461 medical specialists and staff. The Company's shares have been listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE ticker "MDMG") in the form of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) since 12 October 2012.
