Resignation of director
The Company announces that Albert Taubi has resigned as a director of the Company following a bankruptcy order issued against him dated 16 May 2014, notification of which it received today.
Patrick Cross, chairman of Mercom Oil Sands plc, commented "the Board accepts Albert's resignation with profound regret, thanks him for his contribution to the Company and wishes him all success in the future."
