Board Update - Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.11(3)

McBride, the leading European manufacturer and supplier of private label and contract manufactured products for the domestic household and professional cleaning and hygiene markets, announced on 18 February 2022, that Steve Hannam would be stepping down from the Board immediately following the annual general meeting ("AGM") on 18th October 2022.

The date for the AGM has now been changed to 16th November 2022. Mr Hannam will continue in his role until immediately after the AGM on the revised date.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), McBride announces the following changes in Board roles and responsibilities.

The Company is pleased to announce that Elizabeth McMeikan, currently a Non-Executive Director of McBride, will be appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from the end of the AGM. Elizabeth will bring a wealth of experience to this additional role.

We are also delighted to announce that Regi Aalstad, currently a Non-Executive Director of McBride, will be taking on the role of Designated Non-Executive Director for Employee Engagement, continuing Steve Hannam's good work in this area once he has stepped down from the Board.
