Mobile Tornado announces that on 27 May 2008, it received notification that Jeremy Fenn, Managing Director, transferred 1,640,625 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP.
Following the transfer, Jeremy Fenn still has an interest in 7,723,271 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.18 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
