On 27 June 2013, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 80,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 90.0p per share.
Following this transaction the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 26,208,172 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 3,923,876 C Ordinary shares of 10p each and, therefore, the number of voting shares in the Company is 30,132,048.
