Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares
The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC confirm that, on 5 April 2012, the Company issued and allotted 219,070 Ordinary shares of 10 pence and 122,040 S Ordinary shares pursuant to the Offer. As a result, the number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 9,088,083 and the number of S Ordinary shares in issue is now 5,251,818. The aggregate number of shares in issue and the number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 14,339,901. The Offer Prices at which the shares were issued and allotted were 102.12p per Ordinary share and 107.41p per S Ordinary share.
The Offer for Subscription closed fully subscribed on 1 March 2012 and the shares to be issued in respect of the 2012/2013 tax year will be allotted on 18 April 2012.
