Unaudited Net Asset Value and Interim Dividends

The Directors announce that the unaudited net asset value per share as at 31 December 2012 was 98.2p per Ordinary Share (NAV Total Return 122.75p) and 111.6p per S Ordinary Share (NAV Total Return 123.2p). The audited net asset values per share will be announced at the time of publication of the annual report.

The Directors are also pleased to declare interim dividends of 2.75p per Ordinary Share and 1.75p per S Ordinary Share, to be paid to shareholders on the register as at 8 March 2013. These interim dividends are in respect of the performance of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2012.
