ATHOL GOLD LIMITED (AIM: AHG)

("AHG" or the "Company")

Trading Update

The Company announces that the preliminary unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 20 December 2010, of its investment portfolio plus net cash, was 0.58p on a fully diluted basis. This compares with 0.22p cash per share immediately after the £500,000 placing announced on 26 October 2010.

The Company intends to announce its NAV per share on a quarterly basis in future, with the next reporting date being 26 January 2011.
