The following amendment has been made to the 'Change of Directorate' announcement released on 11 October at 2:10pm under RNS No 9735P.

The name of Daniel French (2nd last paragraph) has been corrected to Leslie Brady.

All other details remain unchanged.

Change of Directorate

The Company announces that, Alistair Ford, Non-Executive Director has decided to leave the Company to pursue other opportunities. Athol has appointed Leslie Brady to take over the position of Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Leslie (age 62) has worked with a wide range of private companies in the broking sector. He has proven results in setting up and downsizing complex organisations' operations under tight timetables. He was previously employed at Instinet Europe Limited where He was acting CEO for Europe. In recent years, Leslie has worked for London Bridge Capital Limited as Director and Compliance Officer and worked as Director of Operations at Sungard Global Execution Services Limited, prior to his appointment as CEO.
