Marechale Capital announces that it was notified yesterday that James Charatan's shareholding in the Company had reduced to 1,806,638 ordinary shares (representing 3.13% of the Company's issued share capital); the Company has been informed that this reduction occurred via a series of share sales including the sale of 290,000 shares on 27 August 2015 and 700,000 shares on 15 May 2018.
