Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc ("MAB" or the "Company")
PDMR dealing
The Company has been notified that on 29 March 2021 Peter Brodnicki, Chief Executive Officer, and David Preece, Non-Executive Director, sold 3,075,000 and 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company respectively at a price of 1,100 pence per share (the "Placing").
Following completion of the Placing, expected to occur on or about 31 March 2021, Peter Brodnicki will hold 10,401,227 ordinary shares in MAB, representing 19.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and David Preece will hold 924,800 ordinary shares in MAB, representing 1.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, Katherine Innes Ker, Chair, today purchased 750 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 1,100 pence per share. Katherine Innes Ker's resultant beneficial interest in the Company is therefore 14,617 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
