Grant of Options
Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1.L) announces that on 20 May 2015 the Remuneration Committee of MAB granted 75,342 options over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the "Options") to Lucy Tilley, Finance Director. The Options were granted under the Mortgage Advice Bureau Executive Share Option Plan and exercise of the Options is subject to the achievement of the performance conditions as set out in the Company's Admission Document dated 11 November 2014. The exercise price for the Options is 219p, being the average of the last three business days' closing price for the ordinary shares of the Company.
