LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF", "LWRF" or the "Company"), the creator of the LightwaveRF Smart Home Platform and products for the Internet of Things enabling households and businesses to remotely operate and control lighting, power, heating and security using smartphones, tablets, PC and MAC applications, today announces that it has been informed that on 17 September 2015 Barry Gamble, Chairman of the Company, bought 120,000 shares at 28 pence per share. Following the purchase Mr Gamble holds 516,190 shares representing 2.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
