Appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer
Low & Bonar PLC ("Low & Bonar" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Simon Webb as Group Chief Financial Officer. Simon will join the Board of Low & Bonar in this role on 30 April 2018.
Simon was previously Group Finance Director at Devro PLC. Prior to Devro, he was Chief Financial Officer at De La Rue PLC having been Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Enodis PLC and having undertaken a number of senior finance roles at Paxar Corporation and British American Tobacco PLC. Simon is an ACA-qualified accountant, having begun his career at PwC.
