Audit Tender OutcomeÂ
Low & Bonar PLC ("Low & Bonar" or the "Company") announces that, following the conclusion of a formal audit tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Low & Bonar Board have approved the proposed appointment of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as auditor.
Following completion of the audit of the Low & Bonar Annual Report and Accounts for the 2017/18 financial year by KPMG LLP, EY will be appointed as auditor subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in 2019.
Low & Bonar, EY and KPMG LLP will commence transition planning immediately to ensure a smooth migration during 2018/19.
