Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lavendon Group plc ("Lavendon Group" or the "Company") is required to notify the market of the following:-

As at 1 June 2016, Lavendon Group's issued share capital consisted of 169,908,295 ordinary shares of one pence each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure (169,908,295) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Lavendon Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
