PDMR Announcement

Under the terms of the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("Plan"), awards granted on 10 April 2014 over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have vested and were subsequently exercised on 22 May 2015. Within these awards, and in accordance with the rules of the Plan, additional awards representing the value of dividends that would have been paid on the vested shares during the period between the date of grant and the date of vesting of the awards have been made. A summary of the awards vested and exercised is given below:
