DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company was notified on 27 August 2010, that John Standen (Senior Non-Executive Director) purchased 15,625 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.0 pence per Ordinary Share. The shares were purchased through a connected party to enable them to be transferred into a personal ISA.

Following this transaction, John Standen's beneficial interest in the Company is 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
