Director and PDMR Announcement

Under the terms of the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("Plan"), awards granted on 6 May 2015 over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have vested and been exercised. Within these awards, and in accordance with the rules of the Plan, additional awards representing the value of dividends that would have been paid on the vested shares during the period between the date of grant and the date of vesting of the awards have been made. A summary of the awards is set out below:

The Company has been notified that on 20 May 2016 the following individuals have sold Ordinary Shares at a price of 129.47 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the exercise of awards under the Plan and subsequent sale of shares, a summary of the beneficial interests of these individuals in the share capital of the Company and their remaining interests in share incentive schemes over Ordinary Shares in the Company is set out below:
