Lavendon Group PLC04 September 2007 4th September 2007 Lavendon Group plc ("Lavendon") Correction re dividend In the announcement of Lavendon's Interim Results on 3rd September 2007, it wasincorrectly stated that an interim dividend of 2.75p pence per share would bepayable on 6th November 2007 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11th October 2007. This will actually be payable on 6th November2007 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12th October2007.
