("LVCG", the "Company" or the "Group)

Statement re potential acquisition and placing

The Company notifies that it is in in discussions with certain institutional and other investors with regard to a potential equity fundraising, to finance the potential acquisition of a complementary business to the Group and to accelerate organic growth. The fundraising is currently expected to be carried out at a modest discount to the recent prevailing market price.

A further announcement will be made in due course as appropriate.
