Live Company Group (AIM: LVCG) announces that it has been notified by Simon Horgan that he has sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 30.4375 pence per share on 4 December 2019 to satisfy part of his tax liability as detailed in the Company's announcement of 25 November 2019.
Following the sale, Simon Horgan has a beneficial interest in 3,152,330 Ordinary Shares representing 4.33 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
