Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
Luceco PLC ("Luceco" or "the Company") has been advised that on 4 June 2021, EPIC Investments LLP ("EIL") sold 4,500,112 shares in Luceco (2.8 per cent of the Company) at a price of 335 pence per share. EIL is a limited liability partnership, in which EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO") is the sole investor and is a person closely associated with Giles Brand, Chairman of Luceco. The shares sold represent 11.2 per cent of ESO's total interest in Luceco. As a result of this transaction, ESO will hold 35,564,260 shares in Luceco (22.1 per cent of the Company).
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
