Arrangements for 2020 AGM

Luceco plc, the manufacturer and distributor of high quality and innovative wiring accessories, LED lighting and portable power products, is pleased to announce arrangements that will allow shareholders virtual access to the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held at 12pm BST on 4 June 2020.

As previously announced, the UK Government's current Coronavirus guidance prevents shareholders from attending the AGM in person.

However, shareholders will be able to access a live webcast of the meeting, through which they can submit questions to the Board. Questions may also be submitted in advance by emailing luceco@linkgroup.co.uk before 12pm BST on 2 June 2020.

Shareholders wishing to access the webcast should email proof of their share ownership to luceco@linkgroup.co.uk They will receive by return a web link to the meeting.

It will not be possible for shareholders using the webcast to vote during the meeting. Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to submit their proxy votes online via www.signalshares.com or CREST where applicable. Votes must be received by 12pm BST on 2 June 2020.

The production of BG wiring accessories is the main focus of the Group's Chinese manufacturing facility, allowing it to control product quality, cost and availability.

The Luceco and Kingfisher LED lighting brands combine to present a comprehensive range of indoor and outdoor LED lighting solutions. The range focuses largely on professionally installed products with an emphasis on performance and quality. The Group is able to support these products by offering customers access to its in-house installation design team.

Masterplug is the market leading brand in the UK Portable Power category. It is sold largely to consumers through retail distribution and online. Its products are offered in a wide range of global electrical standards and they are sold in every territory in which the Group operates.
