Total voting rights, exercise of options and new issue of shares
Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 12 December 2024, an employee was transferred 179,340 shares from the Group's Employee Benefit Trust following an exercise of options.
LTG now holds zero shares in the Employee Benefit Trust.
In addition, pursuant to the exercise of share options by an employee, the Company confirms that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 320,660 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 18 December 2024.
Following the anticipated admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 792,487,893. The figure of 792,487,893 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
