LSR Group announces put option on its Series 03 bonds

OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, announces put option on its Series 03 bonds.

Registration number 4-03-55234-Е as of 02.11.2011LSR Group intends to buy back up to 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand) Series 03 certificated interest-bearing non-convertible bearer bonds with mandatory safekeeping. Maximum purchase price is set at 100.75% of the nominal value. In addition, accumulated coupon interest, calculated in accordance with the issue documentation as of the buy-back date, will be paid to the purchase price.Submission date: from 9 a.m. (Moscow time) on until 6 p.m. (Moscow time) on December, 26, 2013.Buy-back date: December, 27, 2013.Broker: OOO URALSIB Capital.
