DIVIDEND CORRECTION - RECORD DATE

Further to the interim results announcement at 7am on 1st August 2017, LSL Property Services plc (LSL), a leading provider of residential property services, confirms that the record date for the interim dividend is 11th August 2017.

Accordingly, the declared interim dividend payment of 4.0 pence per share shall be paid on 8th September 2017. The ex-dividend date for the interim dividend is 10th August 2017, with a record date of 11th August 2017. Shareholders have the opportunity to elect to reinvest their cash dividend and purchase existing shares in LSL through a dividend reinvestment plan.
