The Company has been notified that Michael Stoop, a Director of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, purchased a total of 3,595 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £2.7853 per share on 28 March 2025. Following this acquisition, his total holding is 3,595 shares.
