NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 2nd June 2014, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme (SAYE).

The SAYE is an all-employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs.

Pursuant to the SAYE launched in 2011, employees were entitled to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2p each at a price of £2.57.

Jon Round, a PDMR exercised his option to acquire 3,511 ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of £2.57 per ordinary share on the 2nd June 2014. As a result of this transaction, the shareholding for Jon Round is 216,481 (0.21%). 

This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1).
