London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG") today announces that Ashok Vaswani will step down as Non-Executive Director of the Board of LSEG with immediate effect. This follows Ashok's appointment as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The information in this paragraph is provided in accordance with the notification requirement of LR.9.6.11R of the FCA's Listing Rules.
