Trading Update

Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM:LRM), a leading provider of integrated collateral management, regulatory compliance and reporting solutions for the financial services industry, is pleased to confirm that it expects trading for the year ended 31 March 2014 to be in line with current market forecasts. Revenues are expected to be slightly ahead of market expectations with strong contributions from the Company's UK regulatory and risk businesses.

Preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2014 will be released on Tuesday 13 May 2014, and as previously announced an analyst presentation will be held on the day at 9:30am at the offices of Newgate Threadneedle - Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, London, EC2V 5DE.
