Laird PLCTotal Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Laird PLC (the "Company") notifies that, as at 31 December 2017, the total issued share capital of the Company was 488,913,007 ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each with one voting right per share. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 488,913,007. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
