Board Changes

Laird PLC today announces the appointment of Kjersti Wiklund as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2015. Kjersti will become a member of the Audit Committee.

Kjersti is currently Director, Group Technology Operations of Vodafone where she is responsible for the delivery and operations of Vodafone's global network. She is also responsible for internal and external data centres, group applications and Vodafone's centralised telecom services. Previously, Kjersti held a series of senior global roles including Chief Operating Officer of VimpelCom Russia, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Kyivstar in Ukraine, and Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Digi Telecommunications in Malaysia, and Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Telenor in Norway.

Kjersti is a Non-Executive Director of Cxense ASA in Norway and was previously a Non-Executive Director of Fast Search & Transfer ASA in Norway and Telescience Inc in the US. She holds an MA in Business Management from the BI Norwegian School of Management and an MSc in Electronics from the Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.

Laird PLC also announces that Professor Michael Kelly will retire as a Non-Executive Director on 30 June 2015 after nine years on the Laird Board.

She has senior experience in telecoms and global operations where she has managed significant change in challenging business environments. Her background in the application of technology in one of Laird's core markets strengthens the Company's strategic capability. She brings a wide range of board experience working with fast-moving technology companies which will be very relevant to Laird in our next stage of growth.

There are no further items requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 of the UKLA's Listing Rules.
