Laird PLC ("the Company") announces that Nathalie Rachou, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed a member of the Company's Nomination Committee with immediate effect following the retirement of Sir Christopher Hum at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2017 having served ten years as a director.
