Director/PDMR Transaction
Lords, a leading distributor of building materials in the UK, announces that it has today been notified that on 13 November 2025, Katharine Kilpatrick, a Person Closely Associated (PCA) with Stuart Kilpatrick, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 22.6 pence per ordinary share.
Following the transaction, Katharine Kilpatrick holds an interest in 75,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.

construction and plumbing & heating customers.
