LoopUp Group plc (LSE AIM: LOOP), the premium remote meetings company, received notification yesterday that Lady Barbara Judge, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 155 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Lady Barbara Judge has a beneficial interest of 33,754 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08% of the Group's issued share capital.
