Notice of Interim Results and Interim Dividend
Notice of Interim Results:
Lookers plc, one of the UK's leading integrated automotive retail and services groups, will announce its results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 on Tuesday, 22 August 2023.
Declaration of Interim Dividend:
Following approval at the Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of £7.7m for the year ended 31 December 2022 was paid in June 2023 and represented a payment of 2.0p per ordinary share in issue at the time.
An interim dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share for the six months ended 30 June 2023 has been declared by the Board. In respect of the interim dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share, the following timeline will apply.
Ex-dividend date: 24 August 2023
Record date: 25 August 2023
Payment date: 8 September 2023
