Change to Non-Executive Director

Lonrho Plc announces the resignation of Sir Richard Needham as a Non-Executive Director. Sir Richard has been a Director of the Company since April 2011. Lonrho is in the process of selecting an appropriate replacement Non-Executive Director with suitable experience. Sir Richard's resignation is effective from 28th May 2012.
