The name changeis subject to shareholder approval at Lonrho's next Annual General Meeting. After five years of pursuing a policy of disposing of assets to pay off debt andreturn value to shareholders, Lonrho Africa spent 2006 implementing its newinvestment strategy, concentrating on early- to mid-stage developing projects inAfrica, in resources, infrastructure, leisure and transportation.
