Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Lok'n Store is required to notify the market of the following:

At the date of this announcement, Lok'n Store's issued share capital is 25,616,865 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights.

In addition, the Company also holds 1,142,000 shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 25,616,865 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Lok'n Store under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
