Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 16 July 2015 that Ray Davies, Finance Director,' Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) has, as part of the SIPP's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 340 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 295.3 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 July 2015.
As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares increases to 45,288 shares representing 0.17 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
