Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company')

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Ray Davies, Finance Director,' Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) has as part of the scheme's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 506 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 132.4 pence per share on 10 July 2013.

As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in Lok'nStore Group plc increases to 42,753 shares.
