Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that today Ray Davies, Finance Director,' Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) has as part of the scheme's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 281 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 116.2 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in Lok'nStore Group plc increases to 41,099 shares.
