Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 31 October 2012 that Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 30 October 2012 bought 12,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 119.5p each per share.
Following the transaction Mr Holmes' total interest in the Company is 161,000 Shares, representing 0.6% of the Company's total issued share capital.
