Total Voting Rights

LiDCO Group Plc (AIM:LID), the cardiovascular monitoring company, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 0.5p each in LiDCO ("Ordinary Shares") as at the date of this notice is 194,174,908. There are currently no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The voting rights of all of these Ordinary Shares are identical, with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. The total voting rights of LiDCO is therefore 194,174,908. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
