Merger of Sumus Plc and Lighthouse Group plc The boards of Sumus and Lighthouse are pleased to announce that the FSA hasagreed that, in the absence of any material change affecting the Sumus Group orthe Lighthouse Group prior to the Merger becoming effective, the waiver soughtunder Article 22 of the Capital Adequacy Directive in respect of the prudentialsupervision of the Enlarged Group is to take effect upon the change of ownershipof the Sumus Group.
