Lighthouse Group PLC24 October 2007 Press Release 24 October 2007 Lighthouse Group plc ("Lighthouse" or "the Company") Directors' Share Options On 23 October 2007, the Company granted options over 4,682,464 ordinary sharesof 1 p each ('Ordinary Shares') to four executive directors under the terms ofthe Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme and 41,667 under the terms of theCompany's Approved Share Option Scheme. The options were granted at an exerciseprice of 24p per share, the prevailing price at the date that the invitationsfor the option grants were issued and are exercisable between the third and thetenth anniversary of the grant.
