Total Voting Rights

Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") announces, in compliance with its obligations under Rules 5.6.1R and 5.6.2G of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, that:

As at 30 June 2026:

· the Company's capital consisted of 5,541,437,141 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each, with voting rights;

· the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury; and

· the total number of voting rights in the Company is 5,541,437,141.

The above figure of 5,541,437,141 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

On 29 and 30 June 2026, the Company purchased a total of 1,123,528 shares for cancellation. Following settlement of these purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue, and the total number of voting rights in the Company, is 5,540,313,613.
