Share Buy back
Further to the announcement of 19 May 2023, the Company today announces that it has completed the buyback of 13,283,833 ordinary shares of 0.040108663 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Rodney Findley and Kenneth Musen.
The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares immediately.

This figure of 394,513,453 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
